MALAYSIA (LOCAL) SHIPPING:

We provide FREE delivery for delivery throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak & Sabah.
Your order will proceed in 24 hours (excluding Sunday and public holidays).
The estimated arrival time is 2-3 business days for Malaysia and Singapore, 6-10 business days for all other International purchase.
During festival periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer.
Please note that if parcel is returned due to any reason (unclaimed, undeliverable address or no such person etc), customer is responsible for any costs incurred for re-delivery.
Every order will come with a tracking number for you to track your delivery status.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The delivery time is subject to Custom’s Clearance and Peak Festive Seasons.
Orders are generally received within 3 -10 business days from the ship date. Delivery will be made by your local postal service.
All applicable taxes import duties and custom fees regarding your purchase are the responsibility of customer. We do not cover such mentioned fees.
We are offering FLAT RATE for international shipping based on your shipping country. Shipping rate will be calculated during check-out.

1.	All items purchased on MOEP are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final, no cancellation or refund is allowed after an order is placed. Once order is in 'Processing' status, it is not able to make any changes to the design, colour or size of ordered items.
2.	We only accept return or exchange for the following reason:
	Received the incorrect items Received the defective items
3.	For item (s) with this reason are not considered as defects; minor imperfections such as loose threads crease marks, self-inflicted damage or cut to the product and customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference (inner lining torn, inner ribbon loop torn etc.).
4.	We apologize in advanced that we will not provide any exchange or refund under any other circumstance including the following conditions:
	Size does not fit Change of mind Damage of item due to own negligence Incomplete / incorrect addresses given by customer
5.	We will not accept any returned items by the colour difference which is caused by your display monitor or the weather condition.
6.	Please use the Return & Exchange Form to submit an exchange/return request within 7 days upon receiving your order.
7.	Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
8.	Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
9.	Once Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with return address. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 business days once you have received the exchange/return approval notification.
10.	Once we had received, your return will be processed in within 24 hours. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, then only the new dress will be sent out. The whole process of return will take about 2-3 weeks.
11.	Please note that items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.
12.	The return parcel is under customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse and we are not liable for any lost return parcel or additional taxes or customs charges incurred.
13.	Return items must in its original condition-unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unperfumed, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

14.	Returns can only make one time per order number.
15.	In the event, only if the design you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and will be given two options to get a full refund or issue store credit with full amount you have paid to choose another design.
16.	MOEP reserves the right to change above Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
